The first of the stained glass windows to have been installed,  the east window behind the Altar represents The Sun of Righteousness arising with Healing in His Wings and is in memory of Robin Drake, whose remarkable story is told in the leaflet: "A short History of the Chapel of Christ the Healer".

The Risen Saviour is seen with the upper part of His Cross behind Him and clouds at His feet. The birds represent human souls  bringing the Good News of the Gospel.
