Phil brings a wide breadth of experience to the Monnaie.  As Anglican priest for nearly thirty years he has ministered widely in Liverpool, Chester and on the Wirral, particularly in education.  He has a heart for Africa having been involved in theological education and church planting in Kenya and latterly Chaplain of an international Christian school. He and his wife Sarah moved to Guernsey with their five children to take up his position at St. Sampsons Church.  Later he felt called to Shiloh which he joined in Oct. 2013 as Team Leader.  He strongly supports the concept of shared ministry.
